Hello, you are through to Dr Linda, a UK based vet.
I'm sorry to hear Nala is unwell. When did this start?
Any other signs such as pale gums, panting, a bloated abdomen or vomiting?
Any chance she has eaten something she shouldn't have?

Without further information it is very difficult for me to provide the best advice but I shall certainly try.

Please reply when you can and we can continue the conversation.

A reduced appetite, lethargy and diarrhoea can have many causes in a young dog including a gut obstruction, infection, toxin ingestion etc.

A vet visit is best so we can determine what is going on. The vet will examine her and may run some tests such as a blood test and abdominal scan.

Treatment will depend on what is going on and may include e.g antibiotics and intravenous fluids.

Hopefully she is on the mend very soon.
