He’s is vomiting pink foam
JA: I'll do all I can to help. How long has it been since the dog threw up?
Customer: about 15 minutes
JA: Could he have eaten anything unusual?
Customer: I don’t think so
JA: And what's the dog's name and age?

Sorry to hear of this with Freddie. Could you tell me if he seems bright in himself? Do his gums appear pink and most to the touch? Is his breathing normal?

Withiut any further information I can only give a general answer. Vomiting of pink fluid is suggestive of gastric bleeding, this could be due to:

- Severe gastritis

- A foreign body in the stomach

- Gastric ulcerarion

- A blood clotting disorder

- A stomach tumour

I would certainly advise an examination with your vet today in order to help to determine what is going on and to lijelt at least prescribe some medications (gastro protectant) in the first instance.
