She has a hacking cough and breathing laboured
JA: I'll do all I can to help. What type of animal are we talking about?
Customer: Dog
JA: Does this strange breathing happen all the time or only sometimes? When did it start?
Customer: Started yesterday but she has been sneezing - could it be kennel cough
JA: And what's the dog's name and age?
Customer: Poppy 6.5yrs
JA: Is there anything else the Vet should know about Poppy?
Customer: No - we are registered at Thamesmead PDSA but i can not get through to them
