Customer: it’s been a couple of weeks He always eats the same food but as he hadn’t had any bone in his diet I thought it was that
JA: And what's the animal's name and age?
Customer: He’s a cane Corso 6 or 7 months old
JA: Is there anything else the Vet should know?
Customer: No I don’t think so

Hello, my name is ***** ***** I’m a veterinary surgeon in the UK. I will try and help you as best I can.

I’m sorry to hear that your dog is unwell.

What is your dog's name?

I would recommend your dog see a vet if he is passing black fences as this is a sign that the intestines are bleeding higher up or that there might be a bleeding stomach ulcer.

There are some innocent causes of black poop like if he's eaten charcoal or crayon.

Is your dog already registered with a vet?

Customer: replied 15 days ago.
I doubt it a crayon .. if it’s been two weeks

I see. I miss understood how long the black feaces was for.

It is more likely to be an intestinal problem.

Have you got a vet you are already registered with for your dog?
