JA: I'll do all I can to help. What type of animal are we talking about?
Customer: French bulldog
JA: How badly is the French Bulldog bleeding? When did this start?
Customer: This morning I noticed big swalling. He keep bleeding a little, it looks like it's bruised around.
JA: And what's the French Bulldog's name and age?
Customer: Romeo, 13 months
JA: Is there anything else the Vet should know about Romeo?

It doesn't smell and skin is a bit warm. In the morning it was looking like yellow spot and when it popped it started bleeding a little looks like it's draining

A large swelling like this is very usual and could have several causes including an insect bite reaction, recent trauma, an infected cyst, a foreign body under the skin (like a grass seed) etc.

Given how large it is and the amount of discharge, Romeo would ideally see a vet today. They can examine him and check the area for any foreign bodies. He likely needs some antibiotics and anti inflammatories.Ensure he isn't licking or rubbing at the area and use a buster collar if required.

It is too extensive for a cream I'm afraid. We need to flush it through and prescribe oral medicine as there's a real risk of any infection spreading.

I was with him in a vet and they said he need scan in case there is something inside. Since I can't afford it right now and have no insurance I'm not sure what else I can do

if a vet has examined him and suspects a foreign body, we need to rule this out.

If you cannot afford a scan, I'd request that the vet explores (checks for the foreign body by opening the skin) under anaesthetic and flushes the area.
