Dry skin is not uncommon and, for most dogs, is not a sign of any serious issue.
It can help to:
When next due a parasite prevention, I'd use Advocate spot on, which is very effective and treats mites as well as fleas.
Keep an eye to ensure the skin does not become red or itchy and that she does not have fur loss. If she does, a vet visit is important as she may need e.g. a medicated shampoo or antibiotics.
