It is a new Kindle. There is a lot od data on the rear base but which is the model?Create an account. I have wirelessly connected and tried to open an account but it seems to have frozen when saying "cReate an Amazon account" care

At the base I have noticed a yellow light however it is not always there and is not now.
Please press and hold the power on / off button on the kindle for about 30 seconds, then turn it back on and check. Please reply at the box below. Thank you
