Though I have paid for a book 'Some experiences of an Irish R.M.' it will not download. What can I do?
JA: What's the brand and model of your product?
Customer: On the back it just says Kobo with an R in front of it
JA: What have you tried so far?
Customer: just switching off and on again, tapping the title - it is in my book list between others that I have read
JA: Anything else you want the Electronics Expert to know before I connect you?
