Help!! Tryng to order another e-book, but my password ***** ***** recognised. I've been given alternatives but each the time I've tried them they've not been recognised - presumably I've run out of time with each attempt..
JA: What brand and model of e-reader do you have?
Customer: Lenovo
JA: How long has this been going on with your e-reader? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Just as I said. But I must add that I'm not very computer-savvy!
