We have a Casio AP500 Electric piano. The Volume control appears not to be working (The volume is very low to the player). However, when connected to the PA system the volume can be changed. Can you advise please.

you have most likely blown the audio output stage in the unit ...this will be very costly to repair and if the unit will work with an external amplifier ...that is how I would use it ....
