When I switch on my Yamaha psr 72 the power light comes on but no other lights go on and there is no sound

What was the last thing to happen right before this issue started? Was it bumped, exposed to a power surge, etc?

If you have a volt meter, measure the voltage coming from the Power Cord and let me know what you find. If the Adapter has become to weak, it can cause this issue to happen.

The voltage from the charger is 19volts .
It could have been bumped but I am not aware of it.
