Hello, my name is Rusty. Sometimes the plug can get gunked up. It can also be that your headphone amplifier has gone out. Let's try the DIY fix before I recommend a repair shop.

Dip your headphone jack in rubbing alcohol, and run it in and out of the headphone jack about 5 times. Repeat several times, checking from time to time to see if you get signal.
