CVP-309 The G, an octave below the G below middle C

Customer Question

The G, an octave below the G below middle C occasionally will play at high volume. This is a new fault and seems random.

Hi John,
This problem can happen if the sensor below the key is sticking intermittently.
This can be caused by an accumulation of dirt and other debris over time, or if liquid was spilled on teh keyboard.
You can try blowing air under the keys or using a vacuum cleaner to help clear it, but for best results the keyboard will need to be disassembled so that the sensors can be cleaned correctly.
