Customer: The USB connection for headpohnes doesnt work the idea was to get an e-piano so I can play at night when I can't sleep

JA: How long has this been going on with your YDP-144? What have you tried so far?
Customer: It arrived a week ago, was a NIGHTMARE to put together and soooo heavy but now it's set-up and I've been trying for 5 days to get the headphones to work :(

Can you please remove the power to the device (so unplug it from the power socket)

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the device and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.
