Hello, my name is Rusty.  Sorry to hear you're having trouble. That model has known faulty keys, they crack and stick.  You can order new keys, and you can fix this at home. Here is the video on how to replace the keys, yours will be similar.  To open it up, turn the keyboard over and remove all of the screws from the bottom of the piano.  Turn it right side up, and the panel flips up to expose the key bed.  Here's the video link:
