Can you tell me when did this problem started?

Customer: replied 4 years ago.
It happened a few months ago now it just cut when watching it.

Hello Lyndsey,

Thank you for your response.

At this point, I will suspect that the problem here is the Power Supply unit of your Tv, an likely, the capacitors inside that Power Supply unit.

Can you please unplug the Televsion from the main power? On ce unplugged, leave the TV unplugged for about 5 minutes. Then plug the main power back on and try to turn on the TV. Let me know if it does turn on or not, to follow up with your issue.

I've already tried unplugging and turning it back on and no luck.

Hello Lyndsey,

Sorry for that,

Please, can we check the remote controller? This will be the last step.

Can you please try to turn on the TV by pressing the Power button in the fron panel display of the TV? That way we will be sure that the problem is nor a controller-related issue.

All seems that the problem is the Power Supply Unit inside the TV,but I will need this last check to be sure which is the exact problem.

Ive already tried that too, I was asked in the beginning what have you already tried and I responded with changing batteries in the control and unplugging it all !! And on my model of tv there is no power button on the screen anywhere.
