Hello. My name isXXXXX will be your Primary Care Technician and I can assist you with your question. This should be much easier than it is. Here are the steps the first one is optional - use it if you want to disable Auto Backup.

Enable or Disable photo Auto Backup

1) Sign in Google+ /Picasa
2) Go to Settings
3) Select Camera & Photos
4) Touch Auto Backup
5) Toggle On or Off
6) Done

To remove current back up photos in tablet
1) go to Apps => settings
2)scroll down => find heading "device"=> find Application Manager
3) under Application Manager => Find heading" ALL"
4)scroll down & search for "Gallery"
5) click => Clear Data
6) click Clear Cache

If you don't want them in Picasa Web Albums, you should delete them from there as well under album>actions>delete album.

Let me know if you have any questions or have any problems getting the desired result.
