How do I switch it back on?
Secondly is this model free sat compatible?

Hello, I'm TV Tech1 and I'll be working with you to identify and help you resolve your problem.


Actually the TV set will only receive the old Pal or Secam signals with the TV tuner.




And it looks like you have the older Scart connectors which don't deliver High Definition to the TV set. You would need to use the HDMI connection on the TV to get High Definition.






HDMI is the connection you have to use for High Definition, and then you will need an HD box that can receive your FreeSat,and any other High Definition signals you want to watch. As long as that box is set to deliver a Video output signal of 720P or 1080, you will see High Definition on your TV screen. Scart and the Tuner don't look like they are High Definition.
