how to connect bose 321 gs to get sound through tv?

Hi there!

What is the make and model number of your TV?

Customer: replied 4 years ago.

Samsung le32b530p7w

Hi Simon,

The BOSE 321 GS can be connected to the Samsung LE32B530P7W using a Scart lead, and you should hear sound and see a picture when the correct input source (EXT) is selected on the TV.

If you can see a picture from the BOSE system but cannot hear any sound, then the Scart lead may be defective.

Try another Scart lead and let me know if that helps.

Customer: replied 4 years ago.

the scart lead was connected as you suggest and dvd function is working, the problem I have relates to no sound whilst on normal tv, previously on my old tv (sony vega) I could still get sound whilst on (video1) with just the scart lead connected. should I just get some phono leads to connect for tv sound through the bose?

Customer: replied 4 years ago.

have now connected phono leads directly,, problem is solved

Glad to hear the problem is solved.
Happy Holidays!
