I tried to fit extra memory into my server fujitsu tx100s3 to speed it up but I had been sent the wrong ones so removed and refitted the original ones now the server is asking me to reboot, the message is intel boot agent reboot & select proper device or insert boot media in selected boot device

Hi there,

Shut down the server, then turn it back on again, and immediately tap F8 repeatedly; it should take you to Advanced Boot Load options;
select Last Known Good Configuration.

Let me know if that helps?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

have done as you said but cant find where to find last known good configuration ?

What options are presented to you when you press F8?
Do you see the Advanced Boot Load options?
Can you confirm what Windows OS is installed on the server?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

microsoft windows small business server 2011

i am doing f8 and it wont let me into the boot load but if i do f12 it lets me into aptio serup utility

remove invalid boot options disabled

driver guid to console disabled

boot removable medie enabled

boot option priorities

boot option #1 (embededded raid cd/d...)

boot option #2 (IBA GE slot 0200 v...)

as you may have noticed im not very good with computers

As you can see, the server should boot to option 1 first (embedded RAID), and next it will try option 2 (IBA - Intel Boot Agent) which is the option you are currently getting.
This means that the server is unable to boot to the normal option 1 for some reason.
You will need to check all connections from the RAID disks inside the server to ensure they are securely connected to the motherboard.
If any of the cables has come loose, then the server will attempt option 2 and you will get the "Intel Boot Agent" message that you are seeing.
Let me know if you find any loose cables, or if removing them and firmly reconnecting them again helps.
