You will have to select the MENU
then turn on the Viera link
viera link was and is still on - that does not solve problem
when I select internet I get message Please Confirm Clock Settings - how do I do that?
How do i confirm or even set clock settings?
Go to MENU
then Select Clock
and set the clock
there is no Clock on Menu options
there is setup which does not have a sub-menu Clock
Menu shows Options: Picture, Sound, Timer, & Setup
Have tried them all for a sub-menu to change clock and cannot find one
a moment please
How old is it ?
4 or 5 years
model number should tell you age
do you know how to set clock on it?
OK... Have you tuned in Freeview/Freesat.
was the firmware updated recently ?
just did an update and it said that it was already the latest
OK....usually the tv sets the time automatically as per the digital transmission and therefore you will need to connect your TV to an aerial or satellite dish for Freesat TV's that can receive a good digital signal. Once the TV has tuned into the digital broadcast the clock will be set automatically.
also did network connection test and that was fine
tv already connected
Turn it off and unplug it for 3 minutes...then turn it back on and go to Menu then to Setup then System Menu and then system update
