Customer Question

Someone has accessed my email address and has been sending emails from my account so I have changed my password.
Now I cannot access my emails, I am being asked for a password XXXXX for my outlook account "John's emails"
I do not have this password XXXXX I suspect that if you try to reply to me by email that I won't be able to access it.
