- Can you please get me the complete model number written on back of TV?
- How old is the TV and how long it have had the problem?

Samsung ue324000 is number on back of tv the tv is approx. two yrs old and the problem has been on for eleven month

Have you tried to unplug TV power cord from wall socket for 10 minutes to reset, replug and check?

tried that and standby light blinked five times and just went off.

OK, does the screen glow/ has light when turn On the TV?

There is some letter missing in TV model number, it could be UE32c4000, UE32f4000 or UE32eh4000 etc.

It seems TV has got internal failure and possible bad board is either main processor or power supply board.
It needs further troubleshooting with multimeter to check power supply output volts which will help to determine what board is causing the problem to replace it to fix the problem. Please reply back if you are looking to repair this TV yourself to assist you further.
I'm sorry there is no easy or quick fix for this problem and it is definitely hardware failure that needs defective board replacement to resolve the issue.
