Follow these steps on your iPad>
Tap Settings. Tap General. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and tap Reset>Tap Reset Network Settings. You will get a prompt warning you that this option will delete all network settings and return them to factory default settings. Tap Reset to continue. Wait while your iPad resets its network settings.

Is there any error or message when playing those clips?Have you tried to restart the iPad: Please press and hold both the Power (On / Off) button and the Home button (which is located right below the screen) together for at least 10 seconds, until the Apple logo appears, then wait a bit, then check.

- Can you go to Settings app icon, then tap on Safari option on the left (scroll down as needed), then clear cache and/or data, then check.
-If that does not work, please go to App Store app icon, then type/search for Chrome browser, then download/install Chrome app, then open Chrome app, then go to the clip website in Chrome app, and see if you can play a clip in Chrome app.
