Hello! Thank you for your question. I will be assisting you today.

I'm sorry about the issue. Are you using the Video app or Safari app, etc. in order to play those clips? Is there any error or message when playing those clips?

Have you tried to restart the iPad: Please press and hold both the Power (On / Off) button and the Home button (which is located right below the screen) together for at least 10 seconds, until the Apple logo appears, then wait a bit, then check.

Please let me know. Thank you,

Safari. Tried the restart and that hasn't worked either. No error message it just doesn't open the link. Thanks for trying to help

I'm sorry. I have some more suggestions.

- Can you go to Settings app icon, then tap on Safari option on the left (scroll down as needed), then clear cache and/or data, then check.

-If that does not work, please go to App Store app icon, then type/search for Chrome browser, then download/install Chrome app, then open Chrome app, then go to the clip website in Chrome app, and see if you can play a clip in Chrome app.

Please let me know. Thank you.

Neither worked. I tried downloading Chrome before contacting you, tried clearing safari data as you suggested, but it still wouldn't load, then tried Chrome and that wouldn't either

I'm sorry, it looks like iPad software is corrupted. Can you back up your iPad:

, then go to Settings->General->Reset->Reset all settings, and check.
; if it does not work, go to Settings->General->Reset->Reset All Content and Settings, then check.

Please let me know. Thank you

Before I try that, because it will need to wait till I'm home next weekend and back on wifi, I tried to email the file from get my photo to my email account. I opened that in Chrome and it gave me error code 102, does that have any relevance?

Did it work before? Does it work in Safari (instead of Chrome)? It looks like the iPad has a few issues. OK, please take your time. Thank you.
