Im m8 0sx postcode and i think its winter hill transmitter. Sorry for delay. Uk time difference?

Hi Anna,
Thanks for the info.
So you are in North Manchester. Winter Hill is indeed the transmitter you should be tuned into in that area.
The TV and digibox may still have old information saved in them.
Try removing the aerial and retune them. This will remove any old info from them. Then connect the aerial and retune again.
Let me know how it goes.

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Ive tried another retune today and problem still there. Im hoping to change the set soon as we're also getting a lot of background white noise and the stations also lose track.
