I have recently bought a Gtech vacuum cleaned. After using this cleaner about 6 -7 it will not now charge the battery. Can this be mended.?
Unfortunately we have lost all the paper work on the purchase. WE just have the cardboard in which was the packing.
Is there any way we can mend the connection?

Firstly before we try mending the item and bearing in mind its age I would contact GTECH on the number/address listed below and see if they will organise a repair for you or alternatively exchange the item. Generally they are quite good at helping out as they are trying to get established in the UK Marketplace. If that fails give me a call back and we will try and repair it together.
