The screen on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 has frozen now for 60 minutes. How can I rectify this? The tablet will not even switch off.

Hi, my name is*****’m sorry to hear that happened, I will assist you with your Tablet.
This sounds like the firmware glitched . Please try this first> remove the power cable and any other connected devices, then
Press and hold the power button for 60 seconds, this will reset the tablet.
It should return to normal after this, if not

  1. Press and hold the Volume up button then press and hold the Power button.
  2. When the Samsung logo appears, release all.
  3. Select wipe data/factory reset.
Utilize the Volume buttons to highlight and the Power button to select.
  4. Select Yes -- delete all user data.
  5. Select reboot system now.
Allow several minutes for the reboot process to complete.

Please let me know if you need any other assistance.
Please take a moment to rate my service positively.
Thank you very much!
