Was it storing the stations before and it lost this? Or it has never been able to store from the start?
And tell me please the steps you are taking to store the stations.
Thank you

We have tried as per the instal manual we think?

The manual appears to be a bit vague on how to store radio stations,

it refers to a enter button which we take as the right hand arrow on the hand set and we do not get the "waiting time" message as described

Yeah its not the best manual
The steps though are as follows.
you first Press the FUNCTION button to select FM.
Then press the STOP ( Square ) button on the top panel to
select mode.
When in this mode Press the [<>] button on the top panel to
select a station to preset
Press the ENTER button.
The Number flashes on the display.
Then Press the [<>] buttons on the top panel to
select preset number.
You can select between 1 and 15 presets.
Press the ENTER button again.
Press the ENTER button before the number disappears from the display.
When the Number disappears from the display the station is stored in memory.
If you want to tune to a preset station, press the up and down arrows on
the top panel to select a channel not the <>.
Do this and let me know how you go please Ray

Hi Ricie

Sorry to report no go

After numerous further attempts to store radio stations, It appears to be the enter button is not working. The selected station will not store on any preset numbers.

Thanks, ***** ***** the issue
It is the internal memory that has faulted on the device.
