Customer: replied 3 years ago.

And on the old computer you can still print wirelessly correct John?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

ok, on the windows 8 computer press the windows key and then type in devices and click on device and printers.
Then in the new window click on Add a Printer.
Choose network printer and let it search
when it has completed, if you see the printer listed, click on it in the list and click next to complete the install.
Once done, print to it to make sure it is working.
I can also do these steps for you, and have made a request via Additional Services. This is optional, and if you choose to do this, I can, with your permission, remote into your computer while you watch and do all these steps (and deal with any problems that arise during them) for you. Or if you do not choose to take this service, we can continue here. This is no problem at all. Just let me know please.
