Hi, I am A. Stevens here to help with your question!
How long have you owned the TV? This might be a silly question, but have you made sure that the batteries in the remote are working?
I would definitely recommend a factory need the actual "button" remote to do this..not the touchscreen remote. Do you have one of the "button" type remotes?

Hi A. Sorry I dissappeared last. I have done a reset. My problem is that TVs does not recognise hdmi inputs. Just get the no signal message
I udnerstandDoes the remote respond?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Yes. And the smart hub works. And tv mode works. When I go to source it will not recognise anything plugged into an hdmi socket
I understandHow long have you owned this TV?

About 2 1/2 years
Hm...might be defective ports...have you tried all HDMI sockets? how about any other inputs?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Tried all the ports. No joy. Usb ports work ok
Please follow this video to attempt a factory reset of the TV:
If the reset does not work...most likely a component inside the TV has failed. In this case you can contact Samsung Customer care to request a repair or possibly replacement. This may or may not come with a cost just dependent on Samsung's decision. I have seen them still repair products out of warranty so it is worth a shot. You can contact Samsung UK Product Support here: UK - 0330 SAMSUNG (726 7864) EIRE - 0818 717100 Monday - Saturday | 9am to 6pm (including bank holidays)0330 numbers cost the same as calling a landline.
