When I try to dial someone OK for people calling me

Also if you try to dial your own Mobile phone William?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

No answer from mobile phone

ok, but you did or did not get the message?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

No message from mobile but the land line rang. picked it up but it rang off straight away

Ok, it looks like an issue has occurred with your account and possible a transfer to another provider was done.
You will need to call William for security and privacy reasons and you can call on 0870(###) ###-####
Have them check why your account was transferred and what issue there currently having on your account so it can be rectified.
Once done and the correction made, you should then be able to call out again.
Let me know the results please.
Thank you
