yes, try these steps please> On your TomTom Start 60, Press and hold the On/Off button until you hear the drum sounds and the device restarts. This can take 30 seconds or more. Then connect the Start 60 usb and enable your TomTom device in the device manager, do the following:Go to the Windows Start button > Control Panel > System > Device Manager. In the Device Manager window, expand Disk drives by clicking the arrow. If your TomTom device is listed with an arrow, right-click on it and selectEnable.Your TomTom device should now be listed as a Removable drive underComputer.

I have tried what you said and get the following info:

The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

There is no driver selected for the device information set or element.

To find a driver for this device, click Update Driver.

When I update the driver I get a message:

Try each of the following tips, and check the connection again each time.Install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player. In order for MyDrive Connect to connect to and show the connection status of the navigation device, you need to have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player for your web browser. If either of the following error messages is displayed: "Error: Port 4000 is not available" or " cannot use the web connector port", you need to change the port setting. moreTo resolve this error, follow these steps to change the port number in :Open from the Windows system tray or Apple menu bar. Click Settings.Select the Connections tab.In Web connector port, change 4000 to an unused port number, for example 5000.Click Test availability. If you see a green tick, click on Save settings. If not, change the port to another port number and test it again.
