With the chip in the computer, click Start, Computer.
Then click on Computer and you will see the different drives. One of them, the removable drive is what has the chip.
Click on it and from there you can copy the pictures to anywhere you wish on your computer.
I can also do these steps for you, and have made a request via Additional Services. This is optional, and if you choose to do this, I can, with your permission, remote into your computer while you watch and do all these steps (and deal with any problems that arise during them) for you. Or if you do not choose to take this service, we can continue here. This is no problem at all. Just let me know please.

ID is what and I have no password

When you follow the instructions I give, you are then given and ID and Paassword.
I can then connect to your computer.

I am so sorry please be patient with me but nothing has come up on my screen yet where do I find this information.

Its ok, when you run the Team Viewer program, just like running any program.
Then you see it open and the ID and Password.

Hi it is me again sorry to download pictures

you go to computer click on memory card and then what again.

Then you double click on the DCIM folder, then double click the next folder and you will see your pictures there Marsley, like how we did together.
