What happens if push numeric (such as 2 or 3 etc) or Channel up/down button on recorder remote?

Is the AV1 keep showing on the front panel?
Have you tried to unplug recorder power cord from wall socket for 5 minutes to reset, replug back in and check?

No problem Margaret, it seems recorder has stuck on AV1 input for some internal reason and we need to restore it to default factory settings.
Please try to reset the recorder by press and hold CH UP and CH DOWN buttons on the player until the Active Antenna setting menu appears.
If it doesn't fix the issue then press Function Menu button on recorder remote to get menu screen then go to Setup and select Initialize option and press OK. This will reset the recorder to factory settings.
Please note that channel tuning would be required after applying above both procedures/ reset the recorder.
