Hi. Welcome to justanswer.Try reinstalling the driver on your computer.Unplug your tomtom from your PC.,Uninstall Mydrive from PC and anything else associated with tomtom.Goto Contol Panel/System and Security/System an click Device Manager.Under Network Adapters you may see TomTom. If not boot into safemode (F8 on boot) and recheck and uninstall.Restart windows and reinstall latest copy of MyDrive.Plug TOMTOM back in.
