Sony Bravia tv combo ..dvd won't go in
Hi there,Is there another DVD already in the slot?
Please confirm the model number of the combo?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Is it possible that there is another disc stuck inside the slot?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Definitely not
Does the disc attempt to go in, but gets pushed back out again?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Dvd won't even go in .....makes clicking noise when eject button is pushed
Ok, please try the following:1. Turn the combo off at the wall.2. Press and hold the EJECT button on the combo (not on the remote).3. Continue to hold the EJECT button whilst turning the combo on at the power supply.
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Still clicking noises and still wont allow dvd to be inserted
Ok, if that reset of the DVD portion of the combo did not work then it likely has a hardware fault. The combo will need to be taken for repair, where the mechanism can be checked and any faulty parts replaced.

Let me know if you need me to locate a repairer in your area?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Yes please ..we bought it from ***** ***** in aberdeen
Ok, then you can take it back to JL and they will send it to a Sony repair center on your behalf; or if you are far from Aberdeen then let me know your postcode and I can check if there is someone available closer to you.
