Customer Question

My Samsung Galaxy S2+ won't start up. When I switch on the phone the screen displays "Samsung GALAXY SII Plus GT-I9105p" then repeatedly shows "SAMSUNG" followed by a blue swirling circle ... etc. etc and that is it... There is no SD card in the phone. Can you suggest a solution to this problem? John

This is usually an issue with the Firmware, so I would first like you to do this please.
Remove the charger from the Phone and hold the power button to off for 35 seconds.
Release, then connect the charger and try to turn on the Phone.
Let me know the results please
Thank you
