with the paper, can you hold the batch and flip it through your fingers.
This will ensure its all unsticking.
Then put it in the printer and try to print.
Let me know the results please

Not picking up still
ok, clean the rollers as best as you can get to them and then try to feed the paper through it.
Let me know the results please

I have already done this as the HP troubleshooting site suggested it - no difference.
ok, then the coating on the rollers has malfunctioned and would need to be replaced as its not sticking to the paper. It will have been faulty for it to only occur within 18 months
I am really sorry about this and you are going to have to return the printer to have the rollers replaced. It will be covered by the warranty if this has not expired, and the replacement will be done at no cost to you.
I am really sorry about this, and if you have problems, or would like any additional information or assistance, please do not hesitate to let me know.
And if you can take a second to rate my service, that would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

Can I buy replacement rollers and fix them myself? The warranty has expired. Thanks
No sorry, only the print head and paper assembly is sold as it is very rare rollers are needed. As such they do not sell them seperatly sorry
But most retailers give a 2 year warranty on this, are you sure its expired?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Yes unfortunately it has definitely expired. Not sure that I will buy HP again as I have had nothing but trouble fro this printer and we need it for work! Would it be worth me taking it to the supplier to repair or would it be cheaper to simply replace it?
Cheaper to replace as they need to get the rollers from HP, would take some time, and with labor will be above 100 with a limited warranty, I would advise to avoid this type of repair.
