My internal memory is full. I have an SD card but cant transfer apps from the internal drive to the sd card. how do you do it?
Hi there,
It is possible to move some (but not all) apps from your internal memory to an SD card.
Follow the steps below to move an app to your SD card (assuming that the app can be moved) if your device runs a version of Android 4.4 (KitKat) or 5.0 (Lollipop):
1. From the Home screen touch Apps.
2. Touch Settings.
3. Scroll down and touch Application manager.
4. Touch the application you wish to move to your SD card.
5. Touch the Move to SD card button. If this button is greyed out then you cannot move the app to the SD card.

Tried all apps couldn't transfer any of them.

If I want to add a new app how can I go straight to the sd card

It is not possible to install apps straight to the SD card - they must be installed to the internal memory first, where the OS resides, and then transferred to the SD card.

I seem to have a problem as there is no memory left internally, cant transfer any apps so cant load any new ones.

Ok, then you will need to temporarily delete some apps.
Or you could try transferring photos and other files to the SD card.
