What exactly happens when you try to print to it? What message do you get?

You mean you press print, and nothing happens on the computer? Not even an error message?

it prints but no text comes on the sheet of paper

Can you remove the power to the printer by unplugging it from the power socket, then wait 10 minutes.
Then connect the power, turn it on and tell me if it now prints correctly please.

sorry still no text on the paper ,go in under devices and printers and it say no printing waiting as it print one paper ,but no text come on it
Can you follow the instructions here please to run a Nozzle clean
After running this, tell me if it then prints.

clean the nozzle for the black and it then after 4 cleans ,went well so thanks richard
