I can't get Channels to play - each time I select a channel a message comes up saying there is a technical fault on this channel. Please try later. There is a number 30 on this message.
Hello, my name is ***** ***** I'll assist you. I'm sorry you're having trouble with TV. I need additional info to troubleshoot the issue.- Can you please get me the model number written on back of TV?- What video devices/ sources (such as cable box DVD player etc) are connected to TV and does the problem occur on all video input sources?Thanks.

Thanks for the info, is the TV connected to antenna for local channels or any satellite box hooked and use satellite box remote to change channels?

Please unplug TV and satellite box power cords from wall socket for 10 minutes as requested over phone, replug back in, let satellite box reboot and check channels reception.Thanks.
