I have a panasonic model number TXL42Et6OB LCD TV. I switched on the TV which is linked by a remote eye to the Sky set top box which is working on other TV,s in the house. The Sky remote also works fine .However when the tv is switched on it will not turn into the Sky TV EPG ..... i have checked the feed is AV2 .... and when I cannot make it pick up Sky channels. All the other TV,s work fine and this TV worked fine on Sunday night but when it was turned on tonight Sky cannot be viewed.

1) This TV is hooked to a Sky box by a remote eye and the Sky box is in the loft . We have 2 other TV connected to the same Sky box and both those work fine.
2) The TV screen says AC 1
3) No menu comes up if i press the menu/hone button on the Sky remote or the TV remote. If i switch the input to Terrestrial then the Free to Air menu come sup. We can watch FTA ok

OK - Have you tried to unplug TV and cable box power cords from wall outlet for 10 minutes to reset, replug back in, let cable box reboot that may take several minutes and check?If not yet, can you try it now and reply back with the result?
