ok, power off the phone.Power it on and tell me when it starts if the part of the screen gets any image?

no there is nothing there
It is a faulty screen or the ribbon is not seated correctly on the mainboard, one of these two causes. Usually the ribbon. I am really sorry about this and you are going to have to return the phone to have them replace the screen again. It should be covered by their warranty , and the replacement will be done at no cost to you. But it is one of these two causes I am really sorry about this, and if you have problems, or would like any additional information or assistance, please do not hesitate to let me know. And if you can take a second to rate my service, that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
