Just bought a Samsung J5. EE shop transferred all my contacts and Amazon Prime Music content. I can see all the Amazon Prime TRacks visually, but cannot get my Samsung to play any of the 600 and odd tracks. Any suggestions? Thanks Robin Magee

Into Cloud Library. Message reads "loading cloud songs" but nothing happens!!

No . After a few seconds of the loading "circle" going around the screen fades and as above nothing.

Go to play store and search for this app and see if it is updated or not.

Same old problem - "circle" going around and no result. Do you think EE shop apparatus not compatible? Have Amazon Prime Music on my stand alone PC. Perhaps I should delete App from phone and start again??

Yes uninstall it from your phone then install it again. Log in with your credentials and see if it works or not.
