I have a Brother MFC - J6520DW can't print form laptop wirelessly it's currently gone offline. How can I reset to online???

Which operating system is installed in your computer? Windows 10 or Mac OS X

Go to Control Panel. Choose Devices and Printers.

Opt for Secure Remote Assistance if you want me to solve this issue.

Under Devices and Printer, do you see your printer listed?

Right Click your printer, click SEE WHAT'S PRINTING

Right click on your printer's icon

Select your printer, check above. Do you see whats printing option

Right clicked printer and there are two items in queue

Do you see Printer written on that window. It is above the documents in queue.

Press it. You will get a list of options. Un-check the USE PRINTER OFFLINE option.
