I have a Galaxy S6 Edge which has suddenly stopped working and just displays the word SAMSUNG in white pulsating letters. The phone is also quite hot .

This can be an issue with the Firmware, so I would first like you to do this please.

Remove the charger from the phone and hold the power button to off for 60 seconds.

Release, then connect the charger and try to turn on the phone using volume UP and Power.

I have tried that twice but I'm afraid it didn't work

The phone was fine first thing this morning when I took it off an over night charge

It just got stuck on the Logo correct?
