Firstly could you advise the model number of your Samsung TV, and advise if you have no signal for Terrestrial TV or if its a Satellite TV your not getting signal for?
Ok so the TV is on your seeing a 'no signal' message.
The satellite box had previously been switched off, and its now on, is this a Sky Box you have connected to the TV?
Firstly its worth checking the HDMI cable from the satellite box is correctly plugged in at both ends, and note which HDMI port on the TV it is plugged into.
I would then double check the TV is tuned to the correct HDMI port.
With regard to remote assistance as this is a TV it wouldnt be appropriate for this particular issue, so you can discard the automated message at this time.
