my in built dvd player tells me there Is an error when loading then ejects the dvd.
I have used a cleaner disc but this has made no difference.
Have you any sugestions please.

You may need to run the cleaning disc several times if the lens is quite dirty.

If the cleaning disc doesn't help, then either the laser has failed or the motor is not spinning correctly. In both cases, the built-in DVD player will need to be replaced.
