Hi Frank,
My name is***** will try my best to help you with your question.

When booting up the N140 netbook, press F8 and choose "Safe Mode".
Once started up log in as "Administrator", the password ***** *****
If it's not an option, at the login screen press Ctrl + Alt + Del twice, it should show the old login window. Enter "Administrator" as the username and leave the password *****

Once logged in go to the Control Panel; User Accounts
