2) issue: Samsung Galaxy Note 3, Model N900A, had been using with ATT carrier, but opted for less data plan with GoPhone for past few months. Tried to open/start the Galaxy 3 as a new job I need GPS navigation, phone load stuck on ATT white logo (ATT globe revolves for about 30 secs but then stops). Battery draining fast. Went to other websites answers, was told to use power/home/sound button up to download Odin, which was "downloading" all day 12 hours, no results. Switched off, tried to use Windows downloading KIES software, phone not recognized. White ATT logo still stuck on boot
My next thought was to send it in for repair load, saw this website, give this a try...

2. You could try a factory reset on the phone - back up your information first if possible.

i) Press and hold the Home button & Volume Up button.
ii) Select wipe data/factory reset.
iii) Select Yes -- delete all user data.
iv) Select reboot system now.
If that doesn't work, then the phone will need to be returned for repair.
